REDI in Kalasatama

This decade, the Helsinki skyline will take on a new shape. REDI is rising at the very centre of Kalasatama, where a population of 20,000 is projected to live. Towers of over a hundred metres tall. Green spaces. A wide array of services. REDI combines the best of city living, convenience and recreation.

The SRV-developed REDI project in the metro quarter of Kalasatama, Helsinki starts with the construction of a shopping centre. The shopping centre and parking facility is scheduled to open in autumn 2018. EXACT are currently contracted for infrastructural work.

Aalto University station

Aalto University station is built by YIT. Exact are still part of the construction phase. The project is scheduled for completion later this year.
